South Korea

Yesterday we were privileged to hear Mrs. Kim speak to us about her life in South Korea. We learned many interesting facts about their culture. We also learned that the Asian countries are very similar in their culture. We thought it was very funny to hear that when a family was invited to another person's home they would bring toilet paper as a gift to them. We enjoyed learning first hand about South Korea.

Students continued watching Prince of Egypt today to correlate with our study of Moses. We are reminded of the power of the great "I AM" as we watch the movie. Nothing is impossible with God.

Creative Writing

We enjoyed writing a poem about ourselves today. Several of us want to be teachers, dancers, or singers. We will be editing our poems and sending them into a poetry contest. You can look for our poems in the next packet.
